[Tabs] Change the background color inside tabs

I have made a script with tabs in a GUI wich background is set to white.

The only thing i can't get to work is the background INSIDE the tab to get white and the color next to tabs.

I have added a screenshot with some points of attention.

While i am posting this, i also have a small question about the icon in the title of the GUI.

Is it possible to hide it?

I have seen another thread about changing colors in tabs and last i read i dont think you can, i had the same problem and just decided to change the window color back. Im guessing you want it white because your image has a white background?
