lilruly
Maybe Im just doing something wrong but I cannot get SciTE to autocomplete UDFs that have been added like ExcelCom.au3 (yes I have copied ExcelCom.au3 to the include dir). The ones that ship with AutoIt like Date.au3 will autocomplete fine. I have tried adding them manually in the au3.keywords.properties file with no luck. I think the problem is that the functions are not listed in au3.keywords.properties but I can see no way to make it work. I have scoured SciTEs website and this one. I cant find any clear instruction on how to add includes to the system. Thanks for any help. Edited June 27, 2007 by lilruly
MHz
User Calltips is all you need. au3.keywords.properties is used for syntax highlighting of keywords.

I looked and looked and as always it seems the answer is in the one place you didn't look One question. It looks like I need to enter every function that I want included (ExcelCom.au3 has 65). Is that correct? Or is there an easier way to get a large UDf added?
MHz
Give the User Calltip Generator a try. It is not made for standard UDF headers but will do the basic tip. You could modify it to get the descriptions from the header if needed.
