Utilizing new driver from AutoIt

Recommended Posts

I'm going to have a custom Windows XP input driver written so I can send mouse actions that are indistinguisable from manual ones to an application.

My question is this: How can I utilize this new driver from within AutoIt's existing mouse control routines?

How are the mouse clicks sent by this "driver" different from those sent by MouseClick in Autoit?

My understanding from reading gaming-related threads on this forum and others is that simulated mouseclicks sent by automation tools like autoit are not the same as manual inputs processed via the mouse and therefore can be detected.

How are the mouse clicks sent by this "driver" different from those sent by MouseClick in Autoit?
