writing to a file with quotes in it

Ok so i have a .bat file that needs to be writin in autoit it should look like this

net stop "Multi-user Cleanup Service" /yes

taskkill /f /im nlnotes.exe

taskkill /f /im ntmulti.exe

taskkill /f /im notes.exe

taskkill /f /im nfileret.exe

taskkill /f /im nsd.exe

taskkill /f /im ntaskldr.exe

taskkill /f /im nxpcdmn.exe

c:

cd\program files\lotus

rd notes /s /q

xcopy "c:\notes macro\notes fresh\*.*" "c:\program files\lotus\notes\" /s

but there is quotes "" in the file how do i write the quotes i have tried many different ways anyone know how to fix this?

that doesnt work i have tried that...
