Hi everyone,

This is my first post on the AutoIt forums and I have a very basic question, hopefully with a quick and easy answer.

Is there any way to disable the annoying system beep that is heard when a computer doesn't have proper audio drivers?

I am running some scripts on a virtual network with VMWare and every time a MsgBox pops up, my system beeps at me.

It is getting really annoying really quickly, and I cant seem to get my audio drivers to function properly inside VMWare.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

~Felanor

no, i dont think thats possible in Autoit.

i wouldnt be so sure, maybe using objects to change the Control Panel/sounds and audio devices/sounds/critical stop if thats the sound or with command line ... but a script its not necessary, just go there and change the sound you dislike
