Pixels in a string

Is there any way to find the number of pixels that a string takes without having to write it out first?

What?

Sorry to hear that.. I was trying to understand what you were talking about... but no specifics were given...

The function you want is MeasureString I believe. You give it a string, a font, and a device context if I remember correctly.
