command line parameters

this does not relates with autoit but i thought it's better on general help and support so, how to get the command line parameters for a program to use them on Run()?

run ("runme.exe /switch1 /switch2") that is jut one possibility give more info on what type of switches being used if it doesn't work...

it's a windows program (C:\WINDOWS\system32\Restore\rstrui.exe)
