Disabling other software menu item

Umm, why do you need to do this? Serious question. I do know how to do what you are asking if it is IE, but a good reason is required first. Sorry, but this looks like it could be used for somethig bad, and that isn't something I want to be a part of.

Edit: I reading your other post, You seem to have a pattern of hiding information and misleading us. Sorry, but you will need to do full disclosure before we can help. I understand you work for a company that has rules, but there are ways of showing us what you want to do without letting the cat out of the bag.

It's there any way I can disable one menu item of another program, let's say to have grey out the Close item in File menu of explorer.
