Modifying Colors

Hi, I'm just wondering if there's any way to change or create colors in a game such as Guild Wars.

i.e. There's a monster with a specific color on it attacking you and I want that color to change to a bright yellow so it is easier to PixelSearch.

You would have to go into the game files and edit them which Im sure can get you banned.

Whats the point of playing a game when all the challenging tasks are done for you?

you could look for skins maybe but that doesnt work for all games.
