_IEAttach Embedded multiple instances same window

I did find some command line options for helpctr.exe which may provide aide in this specific case.

This launches the same thing as (in a small window):

Run(@SystemDir & "\rcimlby.exe -LaunchRA")

Except now the instance numbers are different (4 is 3).
