problem with Autoit v3 active window info

when i play game (Ghost online) i use "Autoit v3 Active window info" to get some colors but i can't get it because it always return 0x000000. then i stop the game it work and i can get anything. somebody can help me for this problem plz !

Are you pressing CTRL ALT F to freeze the display once you have the cursor over the color you want?

oh no. when i move my mouse it in't change colors for me, that color value is 0x000000... my eng is so bad so that i can't explan it to u then u understand me

ex: when i move my mouse in 0xF0F0F0. but the value Hex in Autoit v3 active window info" is 0x000000 (it not frezee)

Take a screenshot of your game and grab the colors from photoshop.

i have use that idea but when i start game i get color from my script on cord 160, 250 (it will be F0F0DF) but i got 000000. i stop the game, that script it get color ok

thanks for your help but it doesn't work when i start game and move my mouse to color that i want to get. maybe that game not alow to get color when i start it ?
