Getting Resolution Of A Window

Hello,

I would like to know if it is able to get the resolution of a window, I am asking this because I am making a macro for a game and I need to know the resolution of the window, and now the user must press which resolution he is using, and I want to make it easy for the user. I hope you guys understand the situation I typed this kinda quickly
