So I have a simple question:

How to browse files remotely?

Can anyone guide me how to browse files remotely, I know little TCP and I have no clue how to do this.

Pleased for any answers.

Type \\<computername OR IP>\<sharename> in the address bar of explorer?

Open a command prompt and type

net use /?

I'm very sorry to be so noobish. But I don't get how that has to do with autoit?

Shall I do something like

Cmd("net user", command)

Or?

Take a look at Run, RunWait, ShellExecute and FileFindFirst in the help file.

This is from the top of my head to give you something to work on. (aka, my head don't normally return all I need it to..:))

Basically you connect to a share with

RunWait(@comspec & " /C net use z: \\" & $computerid & "\" & $shareid & ")"

Then you browse z:\ with FileFindFirst

Then you disconnect with something like

RunWait(@comspec & " /C net use z: /DELETE & ")"
