Read Images From IE

Hello.. does any one know how to read images from a website.

Im working on a script that automates a game called Nordicmafia.

and ofcourse it got an Anti-Bot

and the game is made in advanced php.

And the good thing about it is that i have to select 3 cars and click Ok.

anyone got an idea?
