Why should I stop using SciTe for this?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I did not ask for you to compare NotePage to SciTe...

I asked you to compare NotePage to NoteP@d!

Hmm, yes, Not much for the international arena? What's with the icon for a notepad?

This notepad is just a tease? No script to show? Finishes with an error?

Sorry if I sound harsh, but you chose unwisely.

The effort asserted could have produced a better final result.

Since a week I'm creating my own editor.

I'm calling it Notepad NG (Next Generation).

I've added the most important features: Open, Save, Save as, New, find, replace, set font, notify user that content has changed before doing anything else.

I'm currently trying to figure out how to do "Go to line" and word wrap.

I look forward to seeing a better implementation of this type of application in AutoIt. I assume yours will not be closed source in an open source language?
