Moving from AutoIT to VB.NET - GetPixelColor?

Hello All

I want to move one of my AutoIT projects over to VB.NET but I'll be damned if I can find how to do the equivalent of GetPixelColor (or similar functions), I'm sure there must be something in VB.NET but searching the help files pulls up far too many useless results!

Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction please? Which class(es) enable pulling data from the screen or a form?

and look what API is used by PixelGetColor() and then search for this API function at Microsoft's MSDN.
