Reuse windows for launching shourtcuts

How do you make it so for one IE embedded window "Reuse windows for launching shourtcuts" is turned off, but on normal IE windows it is left on if the user desired?

Think it's a registry key that has to be set system level. You might be able to temporarly change it for while running a script and then change it back... http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=178039 shows the appropriate keys.

I thought of that, but the problem is my viewer has embedded IE windows in it. If Reuse is enabled, it breaks them.

If the registry key is already disabled, don't bother, otherwise, toggle the state of the key while the script is running and then back after your script is done?

That is a thought. My experience with active windows and processor hunger is not good. I would think it would need to be a seperate process so as to keep the loop small.
