Diana (Cda)
I know how to send one line of text to the clipboard: ClipPut("text to the clipboard") But how do we handle sending a snippet of text that falls on more than one line? Is this even possible? Thanks!
BigDod
How about ClipPut("text" & @CRLF & "to" & @CRLF & "the" & @crlf & "clipboard") MsgBox(0,"",ClipGet()) Time you enjoyed wasting is not wasted time ......T.S. Blue_Drache
@LF @CR @CRLF Either one will work, you can mix'n'match if you like...just don't expect every program to like it. Example: Notepad accepts @LF and @CR interchangably. AS400 Emulators accept @LF but not (usually) @CR or @CRLF Lotus Notes ignores @LF, doesn't like @CRLF (it does a default system beep when this is called from AutoIt, but enters in the line-break), but has no problem with @CR. As always, YMMV Lofting the cyberwinds on teknoleather wings, I am...The Blue Drache
