Replace String with ChrW()

If I have a string, for eg : "Hello", how can I replace the "e" with Chr(101) then I can have something like this :

"H" & Chr(101) & "llo"

For locating and replacing strings, look up:

StringInStr()

StringMid()

StringReplace()
