How to do recurse search for files in dirs?

Hi there,

How do I do a recursive search for all files in folders/sub folders and move files (specify date or name) to a folder in another drive.

eg.

search files with name *corporate.xls in F:\data and sub folders

but F:\data has multiple folders and even sub sub folders.

For archive purpose.
