I have a window that get messed up when others flow on it.

Is there a way or an opt that need to be set/used to make it automatically redraw itself?

Some script/screenshot is needed to see source of problem.

Solutions will depend on source of problem.

Try GuiSwitch()

For such simple redraw is better:

DLLCall("user32.dll","int","InvalidateRect","hwnd",$gui_hWnd,"int",0,"int",0); bErase=False

But maybe there must be handled WM_PAINT message. This is why I asked more informations.

First of all, thanks.

Well, the program, even if still at an early stage, is a bit large and complicated, so it is currently difficult to me to extract the involved code only from the overwhelming details.

As soon as I will be happier with it, I am gonna to deliver it under GPL3 and post it. Now you would probably get discouraged by the many problems that still has and the functionality that still lacks.
