Is there a way to change the color of a window's taskbar item?

Yes for only one app. Basically how _API_FlashWindow() or WinFlash() changes it (visually that is).

I actually then want to be able to detect when a specific window flashes (attempts to get attention) (see : http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=56129 ) and then change it's color.
