Pixels/Image to Text...?

7 posts in this topic

Hello!

Is there a way in autoit to convert a set of pixels or an image to text? There are programs that do this and I would like to know if AutoIt has the power to do this.

Thank you,

Mihcael

To ASCII characters?

If not, you'll need to be a bit more specific.

Good you found the answer, but still left the question very vague, and failed to provide the answer you found so it could explain what it was you were looking for.

Edit:

Keep in mind, when people do searches, it makes it very hard for them to find what they want when people don't provide the solutions and or explicit information in their questions.

Thanks. I found a thread about OCR but it didn't quite work that well for some odd reason.

I was attempting to do the same as what the site below does.

Newbie question. Does this site utilize OCR technology?
