how to select a tray menu of an application like WinMenuSelectItem does

Most of applications have a tary menu, normally, we can access to it by right or left click at the tray icon of the application, how can we visit the tray menu item by AutoIt quickly and exactly? and, how to move the mouse to the position of the tray icon?
