Including autoit3.exe and aut2exe.

For my new program it needs autoit3.exe and the aut2exe folder would it be illegal for me to include these in my download?

Not commenting on the legality of it.. but I bet you don't need to include AutoIt3.exe. Once you compile a script, that exe can be used to run AutoIt script files. Have a look at "Command Line Parameters" (in the manual) for more information.
