Instead of stepping by a hex code you should just be converting the incrementing vra to hex within the loop.

This will write A-F to the console

For $X = 10 to 15

ConsoleWrite(Hex($X) & @CRLF)

Something like this?

$string = ""
For $i = 0 to 20
    $string &= Hex($i) &@LF
Next
MsgBox(64,"Hex",$string)

Edit: weaponx beat me to it :P
