DOS Command Output

 Share

Recommended Posts

I know this has been asked before but I can't seem to find anything with the forum search feature, any tips?

At any rate, I would like to execute a dos command line call, and get the output of the call. So far I see how to get the return code, how to execute a command and so forth. Suggestions? Thanks for any assistance in advanced.

I guess that will suffice, it isn't repeated very often. However, is this a custom program you call, otherwise how do you redirect output, so far I don't see how as I intend to call a program that is not of my creation.
