possible to get ove 100 diffrent bits of information from one site

Ok im wondring if its possible to get ove 100 diffrent bts of information from one site and then put it into a list view...

so this is the website i want the info from...

www.runescape.com

Click play runescape, the select a detail and the java script table is there...

and when in the list view it would look like this:

any ideas...

Second: _IETableGetCollection

Third: _IETableWriteToArray

Just look in the help file. There are some examples of this.
