Off topic but need help

I need to make a program/macro that runs like autoit script(running in windows background) but needs dialog box with verious input, drop down boxes, and small caculator built in(it only uses a:100=b:x formular).

what program is easier to make a program that i want like above? or autoit is capable of that also?
