Looks like Ikarus, CAT-QuickHeal and eSafe still see AutoIt as a virus.

I just started receiving the exact same problem, I am relieved that i am not the only one. I use Avast and every time now when i try to start an autoit program it says its a virus ::win32:Sohanad:: It worried me at first, but then i made an autoit program where i just typed "bob" and saved that and when i clicked it before it even started, avast said it was a virus. Idk what happened i think avast just updated but it was calling this program a virus earlier today, but now it is. :\
