Run multiple .bat in same window?

4 posts in this topic

I have a program that is working with some .bat files. What I would like to do is run Bat1.bat, which runs an au3 file, and upon completion of that au3 file, have it run Bat2.bat .... but I want Bat2 and Bat1 in the same window. This way, it looks like one application running the whole time. Is this possible..?

Is there a reason why you can't place both batch scripts in the same file and then execute the one file? They using same goto names or variables or something?

why not have autoit be the one application showing the whole time, and do the batch commands in autoit... that way the UI is whatever you want it to be

It is moving a bunch of files and doing things to them. The result of Bat1 affects how autoit generates Bat2. I'm actually having a lot more than 2, but I simplified it for here.

Any ideas?
