is it possible to make a transparents internet explorer?

if so...can you give me it...OR tell me what i need...i tried this:

Run(@programfilesdir & "internet explorer\iexplore.exe")

WinsetTrans("", "", 95)

doesnt work

got it...working yay...

anyone want it?
