How to do script that change windows theme?

for example: I have myfavourite.theme file, , how i make script that tests this theme as active theme..

or how to make script that sets windows classic theme.

If some one need more description then

Script that change theme;Script apply new theme.

Sorry for my bad english,but I hope you can understand now what script i need/looking for..
