Hi there,

I have following problem:

I want to write a script (I already tried out alot and I am still trying) that Accepts a Window when the Pc is locked ore loged off.

The Problem is that the Window doens`t appear in the background when the PC is locked it appears over the Window "Windows locked" (to unlock your Pc you have to press.......).

Is there anyway that the autoit script communicates with that window.

The Windows has doesn't produce a prozes.

thanks alot

AFAIK it's not possible to interact with windows that show up there. But good remote control software offers an option to only ask the user when somebody is logged in, so I'd suggest you check the options this program offers.

Dameware, SMS, NetSupport Manager(NSM) (all of these allow use of domain authentication)

Then there's VNC (what's supported heavilly depends on server and client, I like Ultravnc which afair also supports Domain authentication).

I guess with secure connection you mean encryption... Well, I'd guess that at least Dameware supports this but SMS and Net Support Manager should be able to do so, too.

Fast? NSM worked nice over 64k ISDN when I last used it about 5 years ago.

What do you need a gateway for?

Or GNU BackOrifice, but you have to set manually domain autentication, I think.

You are mistaking the concept of the desktop. You are thinking of the desktop as a place to store your icons. A desktop is a holding space for separate windows. Since the program you are trying to work with is on a different desktop, therefore, autoit must be launched on that desktop.

Who else would I be?
