Use an IconEditor to ensure you created a proper ICO file. smashly Posted January 9, 2008 Share Posted January 9, 2008 Hi, Renaming a .bmp to .ico does not make it an icon file.. Do a google search for a free icon creation programs.. A nice legit, free icon editing and creation program I enjoy using is IcoFX. Another free program that can save an image as .ico is IrfanView.. There's heaps of good free solutions out there to creating .ico files.
