Dampe Posted January 12, 2008 Share Posted January 12, 2008 Couldn't find any other topic on it, and I have no idea if it's possible Is there any function that can search a .txt file for a desired string and return what line it is on? For instance: Lets say document.txt contains the following: this is a test document I would like to browse the document for the word "test" and return what line it is on.
