Creating "Virtual Printer"

I'm in need of printing reports on two printers all the time. I was going to write a script that would do it for me maybe using a hotkey. But what would be even better is to create a "Virtual Printer" in the printer list. Then the user can click on the "office printer" and it would run the script that would handle to business end of printing where I need it to. Am I reaching too high or does anyone know how I can get it started?
