DllCalling Help

I was wondering if someone/somepeople could post some small...but very nice examples...of what calling a dll does....I have no clue how to use this...nor do I know what they do...Please post some nice examples so I can learn to call dll's to make more features...etc....I HAVE read the helpfile for DllCall, and it really doesnt make any sence to me...

They're making msgbox's....WOOT....i can do that with:

Msgbox()...

im looking for something that it does....thats not in the helpfile....like...can it animate a window...? stuff like that....
