Command prompt ---->txt

Recommended Posts

Ive written a new script which imusing on my home network and ive just got one problem left !

The command Net view shows a list of all currently active computers on a network !

I want to take this info from the cmd window and save it as a .txt file or as another editable form of text !

Ive heard there are curently certain restrictions in autoit when concerning command prompt windows !

Dose my need fall into this curently impossible catogory or dose anyone know of a way this can be done ?

I think this is what you're looking for :

net view >> dump.txt

Good luck on your script !

He Nova, did you ever try the search of the forum ?

Pretty neat !.

Click search at the right top and type "Net View" ..

there are entries in there that show you exactly how to do this... :)
