Help with colour changes, XP -> Vista

Hey there, just a quick q

Got a long script, worked fine on XP, but totally dependant on PixelChecksum

Basically it compares a specific area on a window against like 200 different checksums to get an answer.

But after moving to Vista, every checksum is different, though they use the exact same co-ords.

Any help?
