make window appear when in SSH

I'm trying to create a command line program that will run commands on my windows computer at home. I have an ssh server set up and I want to be able to launch programs from the command line program.

My problem is this, the program won't launch anything on my main interactive login, it will only launch programs within the SSH console, so this limits me to launching only command line programs, which isn't what I want.

I've tried using Runas to start it as a different user, but it doesn't work.

My ultimate goal is to setup a command line interface that I can launch programs from my Blackberry through SSH.

I understand what I'm doing is unconventional, but any help is greatly appreciated.
