can I use TCPrecv on an existing session? (if another program opened it)?

I know i need to use DllCalls. Can somebody tell me what is this and how to use it?

well it isn't, you can only use DLLcall when initiating it by yourself.

You could use WinPCap with DllCall to achieve this.
