AutoIt itself is not open source. I'm pretty sure this applies to the compiler as well

AutoIt3 is closed source, so it is not possible.

It's not all true.

There are AutoIt sources available for older 3.1.0 version: autoit-v3.1.0-src.exe

As far as I remember, the Aut2Exe source has never been released so click.
