clicking an option in a menu that keeps changing position

Help!

I need to click an option in a menu that changes, and although the option is always named the same it is in a different position too. To make matters worse, the underlined letter (to indicate ALT+what) is either not unique or different. I've read about WinGetText and ControlGetText but neither will work in this case. Am I missing a possibility?

Any assistance would be much appreciated!

Thanks, nice try but the stupid underlined character/hotkey/& is in different places. Arg! Unless it was modified to support regex or even partial matchs it isn't going to work.

Thanks man. I think I'm getting WinMenuSelectItem to work for me actually! Just more error checking involved than I wanted.

I'll look at menufinditem but it looks like it will explode my noob head.
