question about drag and drop

i'm creating a program where you can drag a file and drop it on the systemtray icon of the program (the program runs in Opt("TrayMenuMode",1) mode)

i only need the full path of the file as a variable

the purpose of the program is: it starts running when you connect your psp with an usb cable (autorun.inf)

then you drag and drop files on the icon and the program checks the file extension and copy's the file to the correct folder on the psp

afaik windows xp and earlier version don't support drag'n'drop for system tray. maybe vista does.
