Using the Run command

Run("JoyToKey.exe", "C:\Documents and Settings\Brodie\My Documents\Brodie\Downloads\jtk374en\")

The working directory is right and the filename is right... Why does it say its unable to open the external file?

If I beta run the script runs but doesn't do anything... If I run it normally it says it is unable to open the file. Any ideas why?

Run("C:\Documents and Settings\Brodie\My Documents\Brodie\Downloads\jtk374en\JoyToKey.exe", "C:\Documents and Settings\Brodie\My Documents\Brodie\Downloads\jtk374en")

The working Directory is not as many think it is, that being the folder location of the file they are trying to run.
