i have ports forwarded for Warcraft 3

i was wondering if you could make a program that forwards ports for you

you jus type in default gateway, password, and te port number, TCP or UDP.

um... why would I make a program to port forward? The reason for the static ip ting is because I use wireless on my laptop and typing in the static ip info every day or so is getting old...
