XSkin/Scroll Bar Problem

I'm using XSkin and scroll bars and I created a child gui window inside a parent then have XSkin on the program. Whenever I try to move the child window in different positions in its parent, it is cut off. I need to change something in XSkin that will make the bitmaps show in a smaller size maybe?
