You just call a function the same as you could from any other control.

While 1
   $Msg = GUIGetMsg()
   Switch $Msg
      Case $Ctxt_Item_1
         _Function1()
      Case $Ctxt_Item_2
         Exit
   EndSwitch
Wend

Func _Function1()
   Do Something
EndFunc

Remember, only 1 Context Menu per GUI

Erm nope, i'm not talking about a GUI i'm talking about automating contextmenu commands on items of the listview of another program window...I know there was a way to simulate this without the need of opening the context menu...maybe a dllstruct a shell.application, dunno just can't remeber :)

Sorry. I thought that you were refering to your own GUI.

I have the same question. I need to access the context menu on a tree view item in a windows application (IIS). Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
